Here at Phillips we take pride in making the customer the first priority. Therefore, we offer several services to the music-making community.
- repairs: We repair and service guitars, basses, keyboards, violins, and all varieties of band instruments. We offer free estimates on all repairs.
Our Band Instrument repairman, Tom Layton, has over 30 years experience in
all facets of brass and woodwind restoration and repair. One of
our newest and most popular services is the "Guitar Spa"
treatment. For a flat fee, your electric or acoustic guitar is
"pampered" with: new strings, frets polished, fingerboard
conditioned, electronics cleaned and tested, and neck/action adjusted -
all to your satisfaction. Your guitar will play as good as, and maybe better
than new.
- clinics: Here at Phillips, we believe that education is one of the most important parts of a well-rounded musician's life. We have regular in-store clinics where the Phillips staff demonstrates the ins and outs of a particular product or type of product, and strives to educate the community.
